What's included in an Epic Yard Card?
So glad you asked! Each rental includes: Delivery, installation, and pick-up, a custom curated card (complete with themed graphics of course!), a personalized celebratory message, and lots of smiles!
Is the Epic Yard Card for purchase or rent?
All Epic Yard Cards are available for rental only - typically 24 hours, but we do offer extensions for a small fee. We deliver, install, and pick-up the card at no additional cost to you!
How long do we get to keep the Epic Yard Card?
Our standard rental agreement allows you to keep your Epic Yard Card for a full 24 hours on the date of your choice! We deliver the day before and pick up the day after so that you can enjoy your card the entire day!
What other fees are there?
We are proud to offer an excellent setup at a flat-rate*! All of our standard cards come with all of the bells and whistles already.. No need to pay extra to get something you want! We will always do our best to accommodate any Epic Yard Card wishes you might have! Just ask!
*Our flat-rate covers standard packages only. Extended rental time and seasonal displays with limited inventory are offered for an additional fee.
Should I cut the grass?
Especially during the summer months, a neat & trimmed yard will really make your Epic Yard Card stand out! So please feel free to cut the grass at least TWO days before your rental date.
Please, PLEASE, do not cut the grass while your Epic Yard Card is in your possession. An additional cleaning fee will be added to your balance.
Can I rearrange / move the Epic Yard Card?
Short answer: No.
Our yard cards are creatively displayed and curated by our talented team members. Please do not remove / move any of the elements of your Epic Yard Card.
If something needs to be fixed, we are happy to come back and fix it. The liability is too great should you attempt to move / rearrange the card yourself. Thank you so much for respecting this request.
What's your refund policy?
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. Please know that we will do everything we can to make you smile! However, a lot of prep goes into creating the most EPIC experience for you, so we can't guarantee refunds at all within two weeks of your rental date.
Weather cancellations are possible (at our team's discretion) - If we must cancel for weather purposes, we will work with you to reschedule your card rental or provide a full refund.

When you book an Epic Yard Card, you might experience things like:
Cars driving slowly, neighbors staring at your yard, and there's also a possibility of lots of epic pictures being taken
Your children begging for an Epic Yard Card just for taking out the trash and loading the dishwasher (hint: we could totally do that!)
Becoming THAT house on the block - everyone might try to reach the new celebration standard you just set
A sudden urge to celebrate everything - especially those tiny moments you'd normally pass right over #grateful
Your HOA pretending they're not impressed... But we all know they are and will probably sneak by to find out where it came from 😉

Meet Lee, Shela, Lily, Ian, & Luke 💛
Making people smile is one of our family's favorite hobbies. So it was a no-brainer when the opportunity for us to start Epic Yard Card became available!
Whether you're celebrating something big (a birthday, a graduation, an anniversary, etc.) or an everyday moment you just wanted to make a little more epic (All A's report card, lost a tooth, a simple "I love you!"), we would love to celebrate with you!
