Rental Guidelines

Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here and even more excited to help you make an everyday moment EPIC.

This page is here to answer the most common questions and set clear expectations, so everything runs smoothly from booking to pickup.

How It Works

  • You book the celebration date (not a specific install and pickup appointment time)

  • We install the display the day before your event at our convenience

  • You enjoy it all day (24 hours) the day of your celebration date

  • We pick it up the day after at our convenience

  • Exact install and pickup times are scheduled based on route, weather, and availability

  • You are not required to be home during delivery, installation, or pickup

Your rental officially begins at 12AM on your selected event date and lasts for 24 hours (unless an extension is added).

Extensions

Extensions are added in 24 hour increments and are the perfect way to help keep the party going as long as possible!

  • 24-hour extensions may be added at booking for a discounted rate

  • Extensions requested after book are considered "last-minute extensions"

  • Last-Minute Extensions are subject to availability and priced separately

  • Extensions are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate you when possible

Address Responsibility & Permission

By booking an Epic Yard Card with us, you confirm that you have permission for the display to be installed at the address provided. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Private residences

  • Rental homes

  • Schools

  • Businesses

  • Churches

  • HOA / Community properties

Epic Yard Card is NOT responsible for disputes related to property ownership, HOA rules, or trespassing concerns.

Safety

Our displays are designed to be enjoyed visually. Please do not:

  • Climb on the display

  • Sit on the display

  • Lean against the display

  • Allow children to play on / with the display

  • Walk in-between any element of the display

Epic Yard Card is NOT responsible for injuries or property damage that may occur during installation, while the display is installed, or during removal.

Display Care

All yard card elements, decor, and accessories remain property of Epic Yard Card.

Once installed, the customer is responsible for protecting the display from damage, including but not limited to:

  • Pets

  • Lawn equipment

  • Vehicles

  • Tampering or removal

Cleaning, repair, and replacement fees WILL apply for any damaged items.

Pets & Lawn Care

Please respect and follow these guidelines:

  • Secure pets to minimize possibility of damage, as well as for the safety of the Epic Yard Card Crew during installation and pickup

  • If you have lawn service scheduled, please arrange for them to come before installation or after pickup

  • Do not mow, edge, or trim while the display is installed (we can tell and we will apply a cleaning fee)

Weather Policy

Our displays are weather dependent.

For safety reasons, Epic Yard Card reserves the right to:

  • Adjust installation timing

  • Reschedule your delivery

  • Remove a display early

Weather related adjustments or removals are NOT eligible for refunds.

However, we will work with you to come up with the best solution to help you celebrate your big day!

Early Removal or Access Issues

If a display is removed early, access is denied, or the display must be taken down to circumstances beyond our control, the booking is considered fulfilled and not eligible for a refund.

Photo Release

We love showing off our work!

Epic Yard Card may photograph displays for promotional purposes. Photos will not include people, unless we are given permission. However, they may include objects in the background - Including your home, specific landmarks, etc.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our service, all bookings are non-refundable within 5 days of the scheduled event date. At this point, inventory is pulled, displays are customizes, and the date is reserved exclusively for your celebration.

Requests for cancellation made prior to the 5-day window will be eligible for rescheduling (subject to availability).

Any refund issued outside of this window is at Epic Yard Card’s sole discretion and may be subject to a $25 processing fee.
